Pundarika Foundation is a nonprofit organization based in Crestone, Colorado, the western seat of Tsoknyi Rinpoche.

We support and steward many of Rinpoche’s activities in the United States while partnering with a global community of students, volunteers, and regional Pundarika organizations

Pundarika Foundation merged with Tsoknyi Humanitarian Foundation on January 1, 2024. This merger will help our community better fulfill Rinpoche’s heart’s wish to support the Tsoknyi Nuns.

Our Mission:

Pundarika Foundation strives to embody Tsoknyi Rinpoche’s vision for inner and outer peace, grounded in love and insight.

In order to do this, we:

• Preserve the Buddhadharma, principally through the teachings and lineages of Tsoknyi Rinpoche
• Protect the health and welfare of the Tsoknyi Nuns for generations to come
• Provide support for Tsoknyi Rinpoche’s humanitarian work, uplifting those in need
• Promote Rinpoche’s evolving vision for a kinder, more compassionate world
