A little celebration for the last day of Tihar (Deepawali or Diwali) at Tsoknyi Gechak Ling. As a multi-lingual and multi-cultural country, people in Nepal often celebrate multiple festivals throughout the year. Tihar is the second biggest festival in Nepal. The last day of this 5 day event is a time to join with family and celebrate joyously. Sounds like the nuns are really getting in the spirit!
