Donation Portal

For administrative use only, to record donations that were not made on the website. If an email address is available, the form sends an auto-reply to the donor, acknowledging their donation (cc'd to registrar). The letter contains only the information about the donation, including the payment gateway, but not any notes or admin info. If an email address is not available, the form sends an email to the registrar with a PDF acknowledgement attached (for printing, if an address is available).
