Share our general bequest language and federal tax ID information with your attorney as you make plans to include the Tsoknyi Humanitarian Foundation in your will or trust.
And please let us know so we can thank you and welcome you into our Legacy Society.
IRA/Retirement Plan
Name THF as the charitable beneficiary of your IRA upon your death by listing THF as your beneficiary.
You can also give any amount (up to a maximum of $100,000) per year from your IRA directly to THF today without having to pay income taxes on the money. More information here.
Life Insurance
When the original purpose for a life insurance policy no longer applies, it can become a powerful and simple way to support the Tsoknyi Nuns.
This gift is as simple as updating your beneficiary designation form with the policyholder. More information here.

Bequest Challenge
THF is pleased to announce a Bequest Challenge of $100,000 from a generous donor to inspire support for the Tsoknyi Nuns. An anonymous (and generous) donor will make an immediate matching gift to the Tsoknyi Nuns Endowment Fund equal to 10% of each future bequest up to a maximum of $10,000 per bequest. Gifts that qualify include:
Wills & Living Trusts
IRA/Retirement Accounts
Life Insurance
Bank, Brokerage or other Financial Accounts
Real Estate or other assets
By participating in the Bequest Challenge, you maximize the impact of your future giving and help us raise much needed funds today for the benefit of the Tsoknyi Nuns. It’s also a unique opportunity to become a founding member of the Tsoknyi Nuns Legacy Society.
