Bequest Challenge

Pundarika Foundation is pleased to announce a Bequest Challenge of $100,000 from a generous donor to inspire support for the Tsoknyi Nuns. An anonymous (and generous) donor will make an immediate matching gift equal to 10% of each bequest up to a maximum of $10,000 per bequest. Gifts that qualify include:

Wills & Living Trusts

IRA/Retirement Accounts

Life Insurance Policies

Bank, Brokerage or other Financial Accounts

Real Estate or other assets

Join the Legacy Society

The Tsoknyi Nuns Legacy Society honors donors who’ve made charitable contributions to Pundarika Foundation (or to the Tsoknyi Humanitarian Foundation in the past) in their estate plans or other types of planned giving.

Will & Living Trust

Share our general bequest language and federal tax ID information with your attorney as you make plans to include the Pundarika Foundation in your will or trust.

Please let us know so we can thank you and welcome you into our Legacy Society.

IRA/Retirement Plan

Name Pundarika Foundation as the charitable beneficiary of your IRA upon your death by listing it as your beneficiary. 

You can also give any amount (up to a maximum of $100,000) per year from your IRA directly to the Pundarika Foundation today without having to pay income taxes on the money. More information here.

Life Insurance

An effective way to support the  nuns is through assigning your beneficiary designation on your life insurance policy to Pundarika Foundation.

You will need to update your beneficiary designation form with the policy holder. More information here.
